Workouts, 5/26 - 6/1

Sunday: Spent the day with friends and didn't fit in a workout.

Monday: 3 glorious miles! It had been over a week and I desperately needed to run. I wore my belly band for the first time, and it was amazing! I had no idea I even needed it, but it provided amazing support.

Tuesday: 3 miles with Jax and Matt. It was a great run with my boys!

Wednesday: Rest day.

Thursday: 2 miles to the gym and back. Shoulders and back at the gym.

Friday: 4 mile walk with the dog.

Saturday: Walking everywhere! Went rummaging in the neighborhood, took Jax to Matt's softball game, and then walked to the Village where they had a little fair going on. It was wonderful.
